You are my Friend

Hey. I know Jimmy
propelledjimmy already said this and I don't really want to seem like I'm copying her but...it just feels like everyone's world is falling apart, and there's nothing I can do to help except offer a shoulder to cry on and try to help (even though I'm not that great with advice and I probably never will be).
I'm so worried about all of you. It nearly makes me sick. I just wish there was some way to be there. I feel so powerless sometimes. I just hope my shoulder and ears are enough for you all <3
And I wish I was as brave as
starfreckled :| She gives me great advice, but I'm not brave enough to take it ._.
NOW LET ME TRY TO BALANCE OUT THE EMO WITH SOMETHING GOOD :3
Um.
Wait for it.
Fishcake/Ichaicha/Cursedlightning is my OT3 forever :|. I will probably never see another threesome flip a colored pillow to decide who tops. Ya rly.
Naruto smiled as he walked to the valley. It had been a couple years since he had been there; his last memories weren't very good. He had to admit though, there were quite a few things he did like about it. It was where he had admitted they were best friends. He walked on the water and in his hand, he held a red, shiny tomato.
Naruto stopped at the river's half way point, looking at the tree in the distance. He had left in that direction. The blond gave a sad grin and chucked the tomato in the direction his friend had left, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY BASTARD!”
The tomato landed on the ground, smashed and uneatable. Naruto crossed his arms and smirked. That would teach the bastard to run away. If he would have been there, he could have eaten that tomato instead of letting it fall on the ground. Naruto turned on his heal and ran in the direction of Konoha. He had other friends to get back to.
A dark figure stepped out from the trees and his dark eyes looked to the tomato at the ground. Why would anyone want to wish him a happy birthday? Why would anyone want to remember the birthday of a traitor?
And most of all, why would anyone waste a perfectly good tomato?
He turned around from the destroyed tomato and clicked his tongue in annoyance, “Usuratonkachi.”
OMG NARUTO ALL STARS = LOVE <33333333 lol Sasuke you sound enthusiastic singing. And Naruto singing Distance... *____* It makes me like the song~
Okay. Since my internet is still not working, I'm going to find something else to put in this entry. What? I don't know yet. I'll figure it out. :|
lol This thread :| is the most fun I've had rping smut in a while. And you'll also see why those three are my OT3. For srs. Don't get embarrassed Marie!!! *hides*
I-I know I said no more rps. And I'm going to stick to it. But but...I really really want to play out two plot bunny ideas. One I've already talked about with Marie and I'll keep that between us <3 It's adorable though. The other one that I've been craving for like...forever is an rp where Naruto and Sasuke are older/anbu/hokage/whatever. It's such an interesting dynamic. :| I think it would be awesome to play out.Any takers?
I might bring
scales_shed over to the dressing room in his child form. >>; He's the most adorable ball of fluff ever. I had a blast playing him at
absolute_hold for the child even and there have been two child!Narutos. X3 SASUKE'S TURN. We'll see though :| AND OMG THERE'S A NARUTO IN THE RESERVE *SQUEE* FINALLY. Here's to hoping they stick around/app~~~~~~~~~~~~ You'd be surprised at how hard it is to play Sasuke without more Naruto characters is >>; someone pointed it out to me (Soo? I think it was you~ <3) that Sasuke really thrives on the rest of the cast. Without them...he's just kinda there. It's a really interesting way to think about it. Of course, I believe he can be independent without them, it's just harder for some reason >>; And that's what makes multi-verses interesting! :3 I love having him interact with people outside of the practically nonexistent except for Itachi and Haku <3 Naruto cast (he's jumped right in with the FFVII cast).
And I'm going to be apping another character there hopefully. Luke fon Fabre~ Bratty, spoiled, knows-nothing red head. Sasuke's a brat, but Luke is at least social! And I think he's going to be a little easier to play than Sasuke >>; Here's to hoping~ <3
THREE FOUR HOURS >:||||| THREE FOUR FUCKING HOURS MY INTERNET HAS BEEN INTERMITTENT/NONEXISTENT. FIX THIS ISP. FIX THIS NOW.....Apparently it's our fault according to the nice lady on the phone :| I don't think that's the case nice lady on the phone.
....This journal is getting long. >>; Um. I'll make sure to cut all of once I finally get done.
Here's the first chapter of the story I started for NaNoWriMo last year :| Not that I got to 50000 words but what ev. If you want more, let me know.
The Pack
Part 1: The Cellphone
Chapter 1: Leaning Your Head Against a Flower
Riki twirled a strand of red hair around his finger and then blew it away with a quick breath. He grinned as his phone rang. The decorative melody over a harmony that made no sense. Kazu's tone. He flipped it open and held it to his ear, “Yes asshole?”
“Grow up. Seriously Riki. Is that really how you answer the phone?”
“No, you're just special. So what do you want?”
Kazu lied his bed and stretched, “Ren wants all of us to get together today and have dinner.”
Riki winced. He didn't have any money to pay his rent for the month let alone pay for food. Kazu merely rolled his eyes when he didn't answer, “ We can pay for you Riki. Its not a problem.”
The red haired boy merely smiled. Kazu had been with him since the beginning. He was a jerk most of the time to just about everyone they knew but Riki was one of the privileged few who saw something other than an asshole. Of course, Riki generally did something that annoyed Kazu, thus having him insult Riki. It was a vicious cycle that one either had to ignore or try to break up before they started beating this shit out of each other. Generally, the later happened even if someone tried to stop their arguing.
Not many could guess they were best friends. But most figured it out when someone else tried to start something like Riki, only to end up with a broken arm and a broken nose. Only Riki could insult Kazu and not end up nearly dead on the floor.
“You guys don't have to, you paid last time. I should be paying for the-”
“Don't start moron. We know your job fired you and we know you're trying to get another one. We don't mind paying for you,” Kazu said not leaving much room for argument, “Maybe if you didn't have a cell phone....”
“I need this! I don't have a TV, Internet, or a normal phone. I need something to connect to the outside world. Besides, how would you get a hold of me?” Riki said quickly, twirling another strand of hair in his fingers.
Kazu sighed, “Well, I would probably walk to your apartment and tell you.”
Riki grumbled at his apparent common sense and started to speak to him again, “So when do I have to meet you two?”
“You make sound like a chore. We were going to come over to your apartment and pick you up. And then we'll go,” Kazu said bored, “Make sure you wear something nice. I know you think an inside-out black shirt and jeans are nice but unfortunately you're wrong this time.”
Riki went to open his mouth but he unfortunately was cut off, “And don't say you don't have anything. I know that's a lie.”
Riki grumbled again, “Fine, I'll see you later then Kazu,”
“Bye.”
Snap. He tossed his cell phone away from him as he lied back. Nice. Wear something nice. He had something nice, but he guessed it was probably too nice for what Kazu wanted him to wear. Grinning slightly he got up and went over to his small, filled closet and pulled out the tuxedo. He grinned fully, knowing he would surprise them. He had never worn it in front of them before and it felt appropriate.
Riki had grown up in a family that taught him to be himself. After his family's death at the age of seven, his great aunt had sent him to a correctional facility, worried that he would turn out bad. He changed during his nine years in the 'correctional facility'. While he doesn't like to think about it, he also likes to consider it one of the best things that has happened in his life. He met his girlfriend in while in the place. After the nine years, both he and his girlfriend were released. He was left alone. Any family that was left had forgotten about him or was dead. She on the other hand, was welcomed back into her family with open arms. He was glad for her and while she had offered for him to stay with her and her family, he declined. He didn't want to intrude but she insisted. He stayed with her for a year, only long enough to get enough money to get a cheap apartment, with little furnishings. He bought a cellphone to keep in touch with her. After he had gotten the apartment, he discovered Kazu had been searching for him ever since he had disappeared. It was good to know.
His cell phone rang again, bringing him out of his memories and he picked it up. Long beautiful chords. Ren. He grinned and answered quickly, “Hey! How are you?”
“Aren't you supposed to be getting ready?” she said sweetly, a slight undertone of 'I know you aren't so why aren't you?' in her voice.
He laughed and looked at the tuxedo in front of him, “Well, I was...reminiscing.”
“Riki,” Ren voice fell slightly, “You should worry about that stuff anymore. Its all in the past and you don't have to go there anymore.”
“I know Ren. Its just weird to remember we were there not too long ago,” he said after taking off his shirt and replacing the phone to his ear, “Its almost kind of weird not being there.”
Ren's voice rose in volume in her annoyance as he stripped himself of his pants, “Riki! That place was terrible. Why would you say that its weird not being there?”
“Well,” Riki grunted out as he pulled on the black slacks, “I lived there for most of my life. Its almost like a home.”
Ren didn't respond. He had a feeling it was because he was being 'awkward' again. Whenever Riki would slip into his 'awkward' phases, Ren would stop talking to him and he'd have to figure out how he was being weird. He understood that what the correctional facility did was wrong, but he had gotten used to to it. Just because a mother beat there child, did it make them any less of a parent to a small child who knew nothing of abuse or what it meant? The dial tone in the back ground told him Ren had left him for something either more interesting or she was sick of discussing where they used to live. He pulled on the white dress shirt and then the blue, silken vest over his lithe torso. He buttoned the shirt first and then the vest. A black jacket went over both of those. Looking at himself in the mirror he was surprised to see himself so cleaned up. Except his hair.
It looked tangled because of its length. He ran his fingers through it while trying to find a brush and a hair tie. His fingers tore through the knots, and he would wince at the sharp pain he would receive from tearing through a particularly nasty knot. When he finally got his hands on a brush, it was mostly tangle free. He finished brushing through it and the pulled it back with a hair tie. He smiled happily as he looked in the mirror again, his expression beaming and showing all of the emotions he was feeling at the same time. A knock on the door made him turn around. It was a rough knock and his grin only widened. He knew who it was.
He went to the door and unlocked all of the locks he had done up. The person knocked again and he rolled his eyes in annoyance, “Hold on bastard, I'll have it open in a second-”
He opened the door but his brown haired friend was not the one standing in front of him. Two bright yellow reptilian eyes stared into his own and a red tongue slipped out of a small mouth. His green eyes widened in utter terror and he fell backwards. The being made no movements to move into his house but it seemed to grow with anticipation. Its pale skin and toxic green scales contrasted greatly, nauseating him some. Its body was adorned in red tattered silk. Its tail flicked dangerously as it watched him. Its hiss made him back up more and it began to speak in a language he barely understood, “Ssscha chhoossshen..haaarre daiiing. Hhhaalp.”
Riki screamed and closed his eyes. After reopening them, the creature was gone. He was still panting and shaking slightly. A slight draft drifted through the door and he shivered as it hit his moist skin. The sound of foot steps came from down the walk way and when the figure arrived in front of his door, he was happy to see a familiar face.
Kazu gave him an odd look when he didn't send an insult his way and stepped, “What's wrong with you?”
“Don't give me that look! I just...thought there was someone else there.”
Riki knew he couldn't tell Kazu about who the visitor at his door had been. Not only would he not believe him, he might think he was crazy. He already had enough people in the world who thought he wasn't all there...not that they were entirely wrong.
“Whatever,” Kazu said as he offered him a hand.
Riki took it and stood up with his black haired friend's. Kazu was dressed in a dark green dress shirt and black slacks. His eyes stood out in stark comparison, being a light brown. Kazu gave him an odd look as Riki stared at his eyes, “Need something?”
He grinned, blushing lightly, “Nothing from you.”
Kazu just glared and crossed his arms, “So it looks like you're ready. Let's go.”
Riki followed him, a thoughtful look on his face, “Where's Ren?”
“She called told me you were being weird again and that she would meet us there. Haven't you learned to control those episode yet?” Kazu said as he pulled his keys.
Riki glared and crossed his arms in a slight tantrum. Kazu knew he couldn't control his random thoughts. It was almost like asking him to stop breathing. Which was also impossible. As Riki lost himself in thought again, Kazu punched him and then unlocked his car, “I'm aware you can't control them completely, but you could try a little harder.”
Riki blinked as Kazu got into the car and he followed. The engine roared. Kazu put it into gear and sped off.
As much as Riki liked his friend, he did not enjoy his driving. The sharp turns, near hits and the many times they had been pulled over for speeding was proof of his dislike for Kazu's driving. He mumbled curses under his breath as Kazu screeched around a corner. Kazu smirked from his seat and taunted him, “Afraid to drive fast?”
“You know I hate your driving, asshole,” Riki said through his teethe while scenery flew by the window, “You're going to get another ticket.”
“If I get to see you piss yourself before it, its worth it.”
The car kept speeding until they arrived at their destination. Riki looked frazzled and Kazu looked smug. Turning his head slightly and sending a pathetic glare at his friend he spoke, “I hate you. I hate you so much, that I can't even describe my hate, just that I hate you.”
“If you didn't sound like such an utter and complete moron, I would believe you,” Kazu said as he got out of the car.
Riki unsteadily got out of it and reached into his pocket. He frowned when he felt nothing. He checked the other and his frown deepened. He had forgotten his cell phone. Sighing, he turned to Kazu, “Kazu...I left my cell phone at the apartment.”
“You can live with out it for an hour or two,” Kazu said dismissively.
“No! We have to go back for it!”
Before Riki could turn back to Kazu's car, other young man had grabbed the sleeve of his tux jacket. The other gave him a hard stare, “You'll be fine. You have to break these weird habits. Its what makes people-”
Kazu stopped his sentence, regretting bringing the topic up. Riki pulled his arm away and walked towards the restaurant, “Thanks for the vote of confidence.”
“You know I only said it because I know differently than them and I'm trying to help you. You think I want you to go back to that place?” Kazu said as he kept up with Riki.
Riki knew Kazu didn't want him to leave. He just hated knowing people looked at him differently. He had weird habits. So what?
The two continued inside and saw Ren standing there looking slightly annoyed. Her black hair was pulled back into a tight bun. She was wearing a light purple dress with small decorations all over. Her blue eyes were not surrounded by her glasses but exposed to the world. She looked annoyed but glad to see them, “I thought Kazu had gotten into an accident.”
“I've never been in an accident,” he said smugly.
“Not yet at least,” Riki reminded him as Ren went to his side.
She grabbed Riki's hand and kissed his cheek. He smiled at her as they walked to the waiter to take them to their table.
