You have a lot you can be proud of, do you really should just go ahead and be proud of it. You're going through some of the things parent-wise that I am, so I understand how annoying it can be. However I encourage you to keep in mind that you're further ahead than many people are in life, and that you DO have things that make you worth peoples time and care.
Just try to be strong, and you know you have your friends encouraging you.
