Unfortunately, AT HMD has proven to be rarely productive, anyway. :|

And, to be honest, the activity level hasn't been efficient enough to warrant a gamewide HMD because there really hasn't been enough for people to properly judge, which only encourages the useless comments that people aren't looking for. I see you already recognize that (too lazy to delete now though baaww), and I mean, gamewide HMD every month was actually pretty unheard of as far as I knew (games like Poly would only do HMD every 6 months for example), so I felt doing it every month was overdoing it to begin with for such a small game. And when people come to me like "I want an HMD thread so I can tell people how awesome they are" I really don't want to put up an HMD thread because I don't feel like that's the point of an HMD thread. You guys want honest feedback, and people just being like "ilu you're awesome" isn't enough a lot of times, and when you're feeling you really need the crit, sometimes that "positive" reinforcement might as well not be there at all because it just somehow makes it worse. 8(

Stop trying so hard. It's supposed to be fun. I get into RP slumps all the time. You just gotta take a step back and ask yourself why you're having the slump. Are you bored? Frustrated with yourself? With others? Sometimes your rping/writing/etc. is a result of outside issues that you don't focus on because you see it as a problem with yourself (since that is the end result).

I know personally that even when I'm having issues with others or whatever, it always reflects in my characterization and/or my writing. Particularly with Caim, probably because he's an OC so his mood is much more flighty and I have less of a grasp on what it should be. Seriously, you know how much I love him, but there are times I want to dump him and I regret ever introducing him.

It's natural, bb. Just understand that. And if you need a break, take a break. It's better to do that than beat a dead horse, as your friend above already said.
